Direction for Use:
● Take 1 capsule, 3 times a day after meal.
● Best taken at first sign of cold and flu – within 48 hours of the onset of symptoms or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

Each capsule contains Sambucus nigra (Black Elderberry) fruit extract equivalent to 3.8g fresh black elderberry juice.
