Vitamode® Lacidofil Capsules contains symbiotic bacteria used in human clinical studies. Research shows that this combination of Lactobacillus rhamnosus R0011 and Lactobacillus helveticus R0052 was tested to be useful in improving gut and general health.

Ingredients

Each capsule contains: 

Lactobcillus rhamnosus R0011 - 63.0mg
Lactobacillus helveticus R0052 - 2.6mg
Dosage:
Prevention or balance of beneficial bacteria: 1-2 capsules/day
Restoration of beneficial bacteria: 2-3 capsules/day

For children 2-5 years old, the capsule content must be diluted in a glass of water or milk or added to semi-solid food
For adults, in case of inability to swallow capsules, the contents of the capsules can be mixed with food or a cold liquid
