sapuan tabi I am extremely disappointed with the delivery service for my order.
The delivery is taking far too long, and the tracking system is not helpful at all. I cannot properly see where my order is, there is no clear information about the delivery driver, and I have not been given any reliable estimated delivery time.
As of 8:00 PM today, I still have not received my order. This is completely unacceptable, especially when customers are expected to wait the entire day without any proper update or explanation.
I strongly urge Caring to reconsider using Ninja Van for your deliveries. The service has been extremely frustrating and has caused unnecessary inconvenience to your customers.
I expect Caring to investigate this matter immediately, provide me with a clear update on the exact location of my order, and explain why the delivery has been delayed for so long.
Please take this complaint seriously. I hope Caring will take appropriate action to prevent this from happening again.
