What is Lecithin?

Lecithin is a natural occurring mixture of phospholipids found in all animals and human cells and is essential for many of the body's functions. Phospholipids are a part of almost all biological membranes and are responsible for most of the functional properties of lecithin.

This product is vegetarian-friendly & has nutty taste. Contains Soy Lecithin providing:

Phosphatides (With 23% Phosphatidylcholine)
Calcium Phosphate Tribasic (to keep granules free flowing)
*2 tablespoons of Lecithin Granules is equivalent to 20 capsules of Lecithin 1200mg
