Consume 30 minutes before sun exposure.
For Indoor activity: One (1) capsules daily; two (2) capsules when more than ordinary sun exposure is expected.
For outdoor activity: Take two (2) capsule daily for normal sun exposure; four (4) capsules daily for intensive sun exposure.
