Based on the total body of evidence from clinical investigations, published clinical literature and market experience (post market surveillance), TEARS NATURALETM II Articial Tears performs as intended for the temporary relief of burning and irritation due to dryness of the eye.
Direction to Use
• TEARS NATURALETM II Articial Tears may be used as needed throughout the day to relieve the symptoms of dry eye.
• Place 1 or 2 drops in the aected eye(s) as needed and blink.
TEARS NATURALETM II Articial Tears is indicated for the temporary relief of burning and irritation due to dryness (mild to moderate) of the eye.
Ingredient
TEARS NATURALETM II Articial Tears is a sterile solution containing Dextran 70, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, sodium chloride, potassium chloride, sodium borate, and POLYQUADTM (polyquaternium-1) 0.0011% preservative, and puried water. May contain hydrochloric acid and/or sodium hydroxide to adjust pH.
