Lactobcillus rhamnosus R0011 - 63.0mg
Lactobacillus helveticus R0052 - 2.6mg
Dosage:
Prevention or balance of beneficial bacteria: 1-2 capsules/day
Restoration of beneficial bacteria: 2-3 capsules/day
For children 2-5 years old, the capsule content must be diluted in a glass of water or milk or added to semi-solid food
For adults, in case of inability to swallow capsules, the contents of the capsules can be mixed with food or a cold liquid
